Death Notice: Richard J. Tenniswood

TO MEMBERS OF MFDA

We regret to inform you of the death of Richard J. Tenniswood, father-in-law of Roy (Lisa) Langolf, MFDA President-elect and owner of Village Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Ortonville. Mr. Tenniswood died on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at the age of 89.

Mr. Tenniswood is also survived by his son, Alan (Monika Hole) Tenniswood; grandsons, Zachary (Maegan) DeLeary and Tyler (fiance Kaitlyn Barber) DeLeary; brother-in-law, Robert (Connie) Reynolds and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Village Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 135 South Street, Ortonville, MI 48462.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Meadowbrook Christian Church, 2741 Walton Blvd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309, with visitation from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to Leader Dog for the Blind, 1039 S. Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307 or Meadowbrook Christian Church, 2741 Walton Blvd., Rochester Hills, MI 48309.
