Dinner 7:00 pm at The Derby Tavern ( 3686 32nd Ave. Hudsonville, MI 49426): Choice of NY Strip (Medium unless otherwise requested) $55, Pan Roasted Salmon $50, and Herb Roasted Airline Chicken Breast $45. (Each entree included house salad, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and green bean almandine).
